We offer seamless online billing for convenience and peace of mind. Invoices are sent automatically, and parents can pay securely through the portal via Credit Card, Apple Pay, or ACH Transfers. Autopay is required (*not applicable for our school partners).
Assignment Submissions & Practice
All learning materials, assignments, and enrichment resources can be uploaded and downloaded to and from your child’s profile making requests for support from your tutor for specific assignments or supplemental practice quick, easy, and accessible.

On average, virtual tutors are matched within 48 business hours and in-person tutors within 2 weeks. Small group match times vary based on the number of students in the group and the location for sessions. ML Tutoring strives to create the best possible matches to optimize student success. Matches are strategically chosen, therefore timing may vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, grade level, subject, scheduling, type of session.
Not a problem! Using our Online Portal, you can check your tutor's availability and rebook another session time slot by clicking "Book A Lesson" on the Homepage or Calendar page. If you do not see any ideal times listed, please contact your tutor directly to find another day/time that works best for your child's sessions. If your tutor is unavailable, ML Tutoring will rematch your child with a new tutor. Prior to switching, our tutors will discuss your child's goals, progress notes, and any other necessary information to ensure a seamless transition.
Due to the increased level of security required to become a tutor with each of our Partners, we are only able to offer virtual services. The FBI/DOJ background check can take up to 8 weeks and the students who attend our Partner schools span across multiple locations making it difficult to secure an in-person tutor in a timely manner.
In-person sessions are offered in a variety of states across the US. However, bookings are determined based on tutor availability and we cannot guarantee we will have an in-person tutor available at your time of inquiry. To learn more, select "in-person sessions" on the student assessment and include your city and state. ML Tutoring will follow up via email confirming or denying in-person availability. If we do not have availability, we will provide virtual tutoring information in this email response.
