After completing the Needs Assessment on our Admissions page, ML Tutoring will contact you within 48 hours. If you do not receive an email in this timeframe, be sure to check your spam folder.

On average, virtual tutors are matched within 4 days and in-person tutors within 2 weeks. Small group match times vary based on the number of students in the group and the location for sessions. ML Tutoring strives to create the best possible matches to optimize student success. Matches are strategically chosen, therefore timing may vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, grade level, subject, scheduling, and type of session.

We will work with you and your assigned tutor to find another day/time that works best for your child's tutoring sessions. If your tutor is unavailable, ML Tutoring will rematch your child with a new tutor. Both tutors will meet prior to resuming sessions to discuss your child's goals, progress, and any other necessary information to ensure a smooth transition.

A variety of factors are taken into account when determining tutoring session rates, such as grade level, developmental level, subject(s), frequency, tutor experience, and more. The average price is $60/hour but these rates fluctuate for all three services we offer. ML Tutoring will work with you to find a tutor that best fits your child's needs and your budget. Please do not hesitate to reach out and express your concerns!

In-person sessions are offered in a variety of states across the US. However, bookings are determined based on tutor availability and we cannot guarantee we will have an in-person tutor available at your time of inquiry. To learn more, select "in-person sessions" on the student assessment and include your city and state. ML Tutoring will follow up via email confirming or denying in-person availability. If we do not have availability, we will provide virtual tutoring information in this email response.
